​We are building some of the most ambitious and high-performing restaurants in the Caribbean.Our group is seeking Restaurant Managers with a strong background in luxury and lifestyle hospitality—individuals who understand that today’s leading restaurants are not just about food, but about energy, atmosphere, and delivering a complete guest experience. This role requires more than operational competence. It requires leadership, presence, and a deep understanding of what drives modern, high-volume, high-expectation venues.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 5–10 years in luxury and/or lifestyle hospitality environments

  • Background in internationally recognized restaurants, beach clubs, or high-energy dining concepts

  • Proven track record managing busy, revenue-driven operations with consistently high service standards

  • Experience in lifestyle venues where music, vibe, and guest engagement are as important as food and service​

What we expect:

  • Full ownership of the restaurant floor with a hands-on leadership style

  • Strong command of guest experience, service flow, and team coordination

  • Ability to lead, train, and inspire large, multicultural teams

  • High level of attention to detail across service, presentation, and atmosphere

  • Solid commercial understanding of sales, labor, and cost control

  • Confidence in managing peak services, high-profile guests, and fast-paced environments

  • Flexibility and commitment to relocate and perform in the Caribbean market
