We are building some of the most ambitious and high-performing restaurants in the Caribbean.Our group is seeking Restaurant Managers with a strong background in luxury and lifestyle hospitality—individuals who understand that today’s leading restaurants are not just about food, but about energy, atmosphere, and delivering a complete guest experience. This role requires more than operational competence. It requires leadership, presence, and a deep understanding of what drives modern, high-volume, high-expectation venues.
Experience Required:

Minimum 5–10 years in luxury and/or lifestyle hospitality environments

Background in internationally recognized restaurants, beach clubs, or high-energy dining concepts

Proven track record managing busy, revenue-driven operations with consistently high service standards

Experience in lifestyle venues where music, vibe, and guest engagement are as important as food and service

Strong command of guest experience, service flow, and team coordination
