  • Degree in Tourism & Hospitality Management

  • 5 or more years in the fine dining industry

  • Strong knowledge of Front & Back of House Operations (includes food, beverages, staff supervision, inventory & food safety)

  • Must be able to understand cost & labor systems that lead to restaurant profitability 

  • Strong communication & leadership skills 

  • Customer Focused 

  • Ability to cross train associates 

FLOOR MANAGER

  • 5 years experience in the fine dining industry

  • Extensive Food & Beverage Knowledge

  • Proficient in Microsoft office 

  • Must be able to multitask and manage time

  • Ability to work long shifts
